Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at an extremely low level. The small magnetic flux target region lost all of the pores within its leading polarity flux but has developed new pores within its trailing polarity flux. This region again produced a single low A-class flare in the last 24 hours, while no change in flaring activity is expected over the next 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 2-Jul-2020 at 16:00 UT is:
S23E29 , ( -422", -410" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
