MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2770 (A-type/alpha) continues to decay but has produced several A-class events and three B-class events since the last message. The largest was a B2.7 at 08/11/16:59 UT. The recent flare activity is likely triggered by a newly formed dark active filament located along the region's main magnetic inversion line. A-class events probable with the chance of B-class events in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 2770 on August 11 at 13:00 UT is: N24W23 (Solar X = 339", Solar Y = 294")
