Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a background level. No flares have
occurred since the last message. The visible solar disk remains
spotless. Yesterday's target region has almost disappeared.
Today the target will switch to a region in the northwest quadrant
(as mentioned yesterday), which has begun to decay. Quiet
conditions will continue in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on September 15 at 9:00 UT is:
N21W66 (800", 300")
