Dear Collaborators,
NOAA 12782 has remained quiescent since the last message. A new region with a pronounced sunspot and dynamic coronal activity has rotated onto the southeast limb. The region is currently unnumbered but shall be the new target region. Chance for an increase in activity over the next 24 hours as the region rotates onto the visible solar disk.
The approximate position of the target region on 17-Nov-2020 at 12:30 UT is:
S22E74, ( -866", -374" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
