Dear Collaborators,
Yesterday's target NOAA 12798 has decayed to a plage region. Today the target will switch to NOAA 12799. 12799 has produced 5 B-class flares since the last message, with the largest one being a B5.0 at 06:31 UT today. This region is rotating to the west limb and emerging positive and negative fluxes. More B-class flares are expected, with a light chance of a low C-class activity in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12799 on January 25 at 08:30 UT is:
N23W64 (807", 417")
