Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has remained at ~A3 level since the B1.5 flare at 03/01/13:07 UT produced by yesterday's target region NOAA 12804. 12804 has rotated further beyond the west limb. Today the target will switch to a new emerging flux region in the southern hemisphere. This new region seems to form some tiny pores. Only low activities are likely in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on March 2 at 08:30 UT is:
S30E07 (-90", -400")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
