Dear Collaborators,
The target region NOAA 12822 was the source of a C1.5 flare at 09:15 UT today, in addition to several B-class flares since the last message. The region has increased in complexity and is now classified as a beta-delta region due to the patch of negative polarity embedded in the positive leader spot. Further B- and C-level activity likely over the next 24 hours with slight chance of a low M-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12822 on 12-May-2021 at 11:30 UT is:
N18E11, ( -172", 340" )
