MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2824 produced 11 minor B-class
events since the last message. The events were
associated with an active/eruptive filament located
within the leading portion of the region. A region located
just beyond the northeastern limb at approximately N17
degrees was the source of 3 limb occulted B-class
events in the past 24 hours. This new region might
become the target tomorrow if it continues to show activity.
Additional B-class events probable with only a slight
chance of an isolated C-class event in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 2824 on May 21 at 14:00 UT is:
N20E36 (Solar X = -525", Solar Y = 349")
