Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a moderate level. The limb target region was the source of three low M-class flares (the largest one being an M2.2 at 04/15/11:07 UT) and six C-class flares. This region is rotating onto the visible solar disk. More C-class activities are expected and further M-class flares are likely in the next few days. The approximate position of the target on April 16 at 07:30 UT is: N19E87 (-900", 300") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
