Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low-to-moderate. Target NOAA 13098 has again been stable in number of sunspots and spot area over the past 24 hours, remaining classified as a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group. This region continued producing several C-class flares, but the largest in the period came from NOAA 13101 as it departed over the North West limb - a C6.4 on 15-Sep-2022 at 05:54 UT. Further C-class flares are expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for a low M-class flare. The position of NOAA 13098 on 15-Sep-2022 at 16:30 UT is: N18W74 , ( 873", 261" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
