Date: Fri, 14 Mar 2008 12:14:46 -0400 (EDT)

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is very low and is expected to continue very low. The visible solar disk has two tiny weak regions. An old cycle plage located at N10W09 and, today's target, a new cycle plage located at S30E75. A slightly stronger region is located just beyond the east limb at S05.

The approximate position of the target on March 14 at 16:00 UT: S30E78 (Solar X = -818", Solar Y = -458")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
