Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Mon, 14 Jun 2010 09:26:42 +0100 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Although the center of the solar disc appears quiet, both the east and west limb are potential sites for events over the next 24 hours. A filament on the NE limb was the source of a large flare / CME event during the previous rotation. Almost around the NE and SE limbs, three active regions may produce some C-class activity before complete east limb transit. Active region NOAA 11081 appears the most complex and brightest in optical and EUV passbands. The position of NOAA 11081 at 14-Jun-2010 08:00UT is: N24W81, ( 853", 382" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
