Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Thu, 17 Jun 2010 01:41:09 -0700 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity is low. Former NOAA 11079/11080, now behind the west limb, produced an eruptive flare on 06/16 at 03:00 UT and may continue to produce some further small events. The target of opportunity remains the decaying active region in the north-east quadrant. The chance of activity is small with some B-class flares possible in the next 24 hours. The position of the target on 17-Jun-2010 at 08:30 is: N28E44, ( -576", 431" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
