Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Sat, 26 Jun 2010 11:30:43 +0100 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity is at a low level. A region with bright EUV and X-ray loop emission has just rotated over the South-East limb after being visible to STEREO-B for the past 3-4 days. Although not yet numbered by NOAA, the region contains a sunspot and moderate line-of-sight magnetic field despite being close to the limb. B-class events are possible. The approximate position of this region on 26-Jun-2010 at 10:30UT is: S19E79, ( -877", -314" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
