Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 19 Oct 2010 10:42:27 -0700 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, NOAA 11112 continues to grow as it approaches the west limb. It has produced four C class and at least two B class flares in the past 24 hours. The large filament, south of the active region has not destabilised yet, although at least one flare has been triggered along it that associated with a minor CME. Continuing C class events are expected with a chance of some M class activity, especially in the event of a filament eruption. The position of NOAA 11112 on 19-Oct-2010 at 17:30 UT is: S19W68 ( 845", -345" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
