Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Fri, 24 Dec 2010 12:54:07 +0000 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The level of solar flare activity is extremely low. The solar disk remains devoid of spotted regions as the background X-ray flux continues at the A4.0 level. The unspotted H-alpha plage region that was NOAA 11135 is now at the NW limb. No activity greater than A-class is expected. The position of former NOAA 11135 on 24-Dec-2010 at 13:00 UT is: N19W83, ( 916", 321" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
