Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Thu, 5 May 2011 08:46:07 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar flare activity remains at a very low level. NOAA 1204 slowly increased sunspot count and sunspot area adding new spots and penumbra to its trailing portion. 1204 maintains a simple beta magnetic configuration with a D-type sunspot group. No significant solar flare activity expected in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 1204 on May 05 at 10:30 UT is: N17E07 (Solar X = -111", Solar Y = 338") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
