Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Sun, 8 May 2011 10:13:08 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar flare activity continues at a very low level. NOAA 1204 was the source region of a tiny B4.4 event at 05/08/10:08 UT. 1204 is now in decay phase with significant decay in its trailing portion. A rather strong EFR is located in the NE quadrant at N12E55. It currently has a simple beta magnetic configuration. No significant solar flare activity is expected in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 1204 on May 08 at 15:30 UT is: N17W36 (Solar X = 535", Solar Y = 322") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
