Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Wed, 18 May 2011 08:28:27 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, NOAA 1214 is significantly decaying. The target will switch to a region rotating over the southeast limb at approximately S16. This region was the source of a B-class event and the C1.2 event at 05/18/12:58 UT. The region is too close to the limb to ascertain its magnetic complexity. Another B-class event probable with a chance of another C-class event as well. The position of the target region on May 18 at 13:00 UT is: S16E80 (Solar X = -899", Solar Y = -255") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
