Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Fri, 27 May 2011 08:57:52 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The target region, now numbered NOAA 1223, produced a few B-class events since the last message. The target region will switch to a new region located on the SE limb. This region is too close to the limb to ascertain its magnetic configuration but it has bright H-alpha plage and is currently displaying active surging. B-class events expected with a good chance of C-class activity as well in the next 24 hours. The position of the SE limb target on May 27 at 14:45 UT is: S21E89 (Solar X = -884", Solar Y = -339") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
