Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Wed, 22 Jun 2011 08:44:08 -0700 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity is low today with no major flares occurring in the past 24 hours. There are currently five active regions on disk and, although NOAA 11236 continues to decay slowly, it remains the largest and most complex region. Its leading spot retains its beta-gamma classification and so it will continue to be todays target of opportunity. The position of NOAA 11236 on 22-Jun-2011 at 15:30 UT is: N17W30 ( 449", 251" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
