MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1324 has decayed slightly but it still maintains an E-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. The largest event in the past 24 hours was a long-duration M1.3 at 10/22/11:10 UT. Its source region was again beyond the northwest limb located in the vicinity of NOAA 1314 at N27. Target region 1324 should continue to produce C-class events with a slight possibility of an isolated M-class event.

The position of NOAA 1324 on October 22 at 17:15 UT is: N10E17 (Solar X = -278", Solar Y = 083")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
