MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

A new region has emerged within the past 24 hours near the northwest limb just east of the trailing portion of NOAA 1339. The EFR is too close to the limb to determine its magnetic configuration but appears to have some mixed polarity. The region was the source of the C5.2 event today at 09:30 UT. Additional C-class events probable with a slight chance of an isolated M-class event before west limb passage.

The position of the target region on November 14 at 13:00 UT is: N20W65 (Solar X = 828", Solar Y = 312")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
