Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Mon, 6 Feb 2012 10:21:30 +0000 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity remains at a very low level. NOAA region 11410 has experienced significant flux emergence within its trailing plage, resulting in the formation of several trailing spots. This region is classed as a beta/C-type sunspot group and has been the source of several B-class flares in the past 48 hours. C-class activity is possible in the next 24 hours if 11410 undergoes further flux emergence. The position of NOAA 11410 on 6-Feb-2012 at 10:30 UT is: N17W63, ( 828", 330" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
