Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is very low. NOAA region 11422 appears to be in decay phase. This region has decreased in area and number of spots as well as flare productivity. A new region has rotated over the North East limb, marking the return of the region previously designated NOAA 11415. This region produced C-class activity when it emerged close to the North West limb on the last disk passage, and has already produced an occulted B4.3 flare on 21-Feb-2012 at 21:53 UT. B-class events are expected, with a chance for a C-class event in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of this region on 23-Feb-2012 at 11:00 UT is:

N10E88, ( -954", 171" )
