Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Fri, 20 Apr 2012 10:47:29 -0700 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The target region will switch today to a strong EFR located in the southeast. Former target region, NOAA 1463, is maintaining a weak beta-gamma magnetic configuration but continues in decay phase. The target region could produce C-class activity in the next 24 hour period. Several other NOAA regions (1459,1460,1462 and 1463) on the visible disk also have the potential to produce C-class events. The position of the EFR target on April 20 at 13:00 UT is: S17E47 (Solar X = -670", Solar Y = -223") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
