Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The target region, NOAA 11471, was the source of a C3.9 flare at 04:35 UT today. The region retains its beta configuration but has shown signs of new flux emergence, with mixed polarities in both the leader spot and trailing plage. Further C-level activity likely with chance for an isolated low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 11471 on 1-May-2012 at 14:00 UT is:

S22E37, (-537", -307" )
