Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 24 Jul 2012 14:30:27 +0100 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity has increased over the past 24 hours due to the appearance of several new active regions on the eastern limb. The most active of these is an as-yet unnumbered region on the southeast limb which has produced four low C-class flares. The magnetic configuration of the region is unknown at this time but further C-level activity can be expected. The position of the target region on 24-Jul-2012 at 12:00 UT is: S19E87, ( -891", -311" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
