MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Target region NOAA 1564 was the source of C-class activity in the past 24 hours. 1564 has rotated completely off the visible solar disk and limb. The new target is an E-type/beta-gamma region (NOAA 1569) located in the southeastern quadrant. 1569 has minor mixed polarities within its intermediate portion. C-class events possible with a very slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA 1569 on September 13 at 13:00 UT is: S12E31 (Solar X = -492", Solar Y = -298")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
