Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. The largest flare since the previous message was a B3.6 flare released by NOAA 11810, a decayed bipolar region. NOAA 11809 shows a small but strong polarity separation line in its intermediate portion, but has small total spot area and appears quiescent. Yesterday's target region, NOAA 11806, has not produced significant activity since the last message, but shows the largest spot area. B-class activity is expected with a chance of an isolated C-class event.

The position of NOAA 11806 on 3-Aug-2013 at 16:30 UT is: S14W28, ( 433", -313" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
