Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Thu, 15 Aug 2013 19:01:11 +0100 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target region (NOAA 11817) was responsible for low C-class activity since the previous message (the largest event being a C1.6 flare on 14-Aug-2013 at 22:55 UT). The trailing spots have begun to fragment, but there is still slight evidence for a gamma magnetic configuration. High B-class activity is expected with a chance for further C-class events. The position of NOAA 11817 on 15-Aug-2013 at 18:00 UT is: S21W27, ( 400", -430" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
