Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Mon, 21 Oct 2013 22:23:14 +0100 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA region 11875 maintained spot area and a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group classification from NOAA over the previous 24 hours, while it increased significantly in spot number. This region has continued to produce low C-class flares since yesterday's message, with current magnetic observations indicating it is a beta-gamma-delta region. Further C-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours, with a chance for an isolated low M-class event if the delta spot continues to grow in NOAA 11875. The position of NOAA 11875 on 21-Oct-2013 at 21:30 UT is: N07E20, ( -330", 34" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
