Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target region NOAA 11909 has been flare-quiet since the last message, despite growing in number of spots (and marginal area growth). This region remains the largest, most complex region on disk and is designated by NOAA as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. A new region is rotating over the South East limb (due to be numbered as NOAA 11912) and was the source of C-class activity, the most recent being a C1.3 flare on 1-Dec-2013 at 21:53 UT. Low-level C-class activity is possible in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of this region on 2-Dec-2013 at 12:30 UT is:

S22E86, ( -900", -365" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
