MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1917 slowly developed since the last message. The region is maintaining its D-type/beta-gamma sunspot group. 1917 was the source a few C-class events. The largest was a C2.3 at 12/14/11:24 UT. Additional C-class activity is possible in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 1917 on December 14 at 16:30 UT is: S15W20 (Solar X = 323", Solar Y = -239")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
