MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The regions on the visible solar disk are decaying and/or stable. The target will be the active region located beyond the southeastern limb. This region is near the location of old NOAA 2010. It was the source of limb occulted C-class events in the past 24 hours. The largest was a C4.7 at 04/10/01:52 UT. Additional C-class events expected in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target on April 10 at 13:00 UT is: S15E90 (Solar X = -925", Solar Y = -247")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
