Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 1 Sep 2015 09:20:24 -0600 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity is at a very low level now. The GOES soft X-ray flux has been at B-class level since the last message. NOAA 12403 has completely rotated over the west limb. Today the target will be NOAA 12407, which has a beta/C-type sunspot group. There is a filament oscillating around NOAA 12407. Low level C-class activity might be possible in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 12407 on September 1 at 11:35 UT is: N15W69 (Solar X = 858", Solar Y = 203") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
