Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Sat, 10 Oct 2015 10:09:26 -0600 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar flare activity remains at a very low level with only two B1 events emanating from the solar disk. NOAA 12430 is currently the only numbered sunspot region with an alpha/H-type classification. 12430 has been flare quiet since it appears. Today's target will still be near the southeastern limb (nearby 12430), with a potential of some B-class events in the next 24 hours. The approximate position of the target on October 10 at 14:35 UT is: S22E60 (Solar X = -780", Solar Y = -390") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
