Subject: MM#003 Major Flare Watch" -

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region NOAA 12443 has produced several C-class flares since the last message, including a C7.8 at 19:57 UT today. The region is now classified as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type region with a total area of over 500uH. It has continued to grow in size and complexity, and there is currently a negative polarity sunspot emerging within the positive trailing group. The region also appears bright in H-alpha emission. At this time we are implementing a Major Flare Watch campaign due to the increased possibility of an M5 flare or greater over the next 24-48 hours.
The position of NOAA 12443 on 31-Oct-2015 at 15:35 UT is:
N06E47, ( -704", 49" )
