NOAA 12578 has maintained spot area and number of spots since yesterday's message, remaining classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group. NOAA 12578 produced the only flare in the past 24 hours, a B4.4 on 20-Aug-2016 at 05:51 UT. B-class activity is probable in the next 24 hours.
