MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2615 was the source of B- and C-class events since the last message. The largest was a C1.2 at 12/04/07:23 UT. 2615 developed a tiny magnetic delta configuration in the northeastern portion of its trailing sunspot's penumbra overnight but is now rapidly decaying. B-class events probable with the chance of another C-class event possible in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 2615 on December 04 at 14:30 UT is: S07W16 (Solar X = 267", Solar Y = -125")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
