Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is very low. NOAA 12628 grew in spot area, but increased in longitudinal extent due to separation of its primary leading and trailing spots. A new region has emerged in the North East quadrant over the past 24 hours and, although unclassified, it appears to display a beta/D-type sunspot configuration. This unnumbered region has already produced three B-class flares, the largest being a B5.2 on 24-Jan-2017 at 17:47 UT. Further B-class activity is possible over the following 24 hours.
The approximate position of this region on 24-Jan-2017 at 21:00 UT is:
N15E62, ( -834", 293" )
