MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity was extremely low in the past 24 hours. The visible solar disk is spotless and is displaying only a a couple of plage remnants. Spotless plage target NOAA 2641 is now located well beyond the west limb. The target will switch to a filament that has become slightly activated. No significant solar flare activity expected anytime soon.
The position of the filament target on March 11 at 08:15 UT is: S04E33 (Solar X = -527", Solar Y = 035")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
