Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region has been designated as NOAA 12651. It produced a C5.5 flare at 19:21 UT on April 18, which was associated with a 'standard' CME. 12651 has a D-type/ beta-gamma magnetic configuration. It is showing flux emergence in its leading portion. Additional mid-to-high level C-class events are likely in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12651 on April 19 at 13:30 UT is:
N12E59 (-802",242")
