MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2659 was the source of a C3.3 event at 05/28/19:28 UT and a C1.0 event at 05/28/23:13 UT. 2659 developed some minor mixed polarities in its trailing portion yesterday but has decayed since the C-class activity. 2659 is currently displaying a D-type/beta sunspot group. B-class activity and another isolated C-class event is possible before 2659 completes west limb passage.
The position of NOAA 2659 on May 29 at 15:30 UT is: N13W79 (Solar X = 905", Solar Y = 215")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
