MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2665 has continued in decay phase losing almost all of its trailing sunspots. 2665 was the source of numerous B-class events and two C-class events since the last message. The largest C-class event was a C2.3 at 07/17/03:28 UT. B-class activity probable with the chance of another C-class event before 2665 completes west limb passage.
The position of NOAA 2665 on July 17 at 15:30 UT is: S06W79 (Solar X = 921", Solar Y = -112")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
