Date: Sun, 17 Sep 2017 22:30:11 +0100

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues to be extremely low. The target region remains the only spotted region on disk. NOAA 12680 has slowed in its decay phase, maintaining number of spots and area. This region continues to be classified as an alpha/H-type sunspot group, while no flares have occurred since the last message. Low B-class flares could be possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12680 on 17-Sep-2017 at 21:30 UT is:
N08W25, ( 400", 25" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
