Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. The region that was emerging in the North West quadrant was initially numbered as NOAA 12688, but already lost its spots. NOAA 12687 decayed since the last message, losing a significant amount of area coverage in its trailing spot. B-class activity is possible in the following 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 12687 on 18-Nov-2017 at 20:30 UT is:
S08E19, ( -314",-173" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
