MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at an extremely low level. The visible solar disk remains spotless. The decaying spotless target region (return of old NOAA 2699) is mostly unchanged but its main filament located along its magnetic inversion line is currently somewhat activated. No significant solar flare activity expected anytime soon.
The position of the target on March 10 at 15:30 UT is: S09W09 (Solar X = 150", Solar Y = -031")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
