Dear Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux has remained steady around the B1 level since the last message. There have been low-level events from both NOAA 12829 and NOAA 12830 on the southwest limb. The target region NOAA 12829 has undergone significant flux emergence over the past 24 hours and should continue to produce B-level activity with chance of an isolated C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12829 on 7-Jun-2021 at 11:30 UT is:
S18W11, ( 172", -294" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
