Dear Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux has remained at background levels since the last message. The region in the northeast quadrant remains unnumbered but is likely to be the return of NOAA 12824. It appears to have an alpha configuration with a prominent leader spot. It shall continue to be the target region with no change in activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 13-Jun-2021 at 11:30 UT is:
N25E71, (-812", 396" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
